- 1 pkg. (4-serving size)
- 4 cups 2% reduced fat milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Stir mix into milk and egg in large saucepan.

2Stir in rice and raisins.

3Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat.

5Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
