  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size)
  • 4 cups 2% reduced fat milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

    Stir mix into milk and egg in large saucepan.

    Stir in rice and raisins.

    Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

    Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
