- 4 c. 2% low-fat milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 c. rice
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.

2Add rice and raisins.

3Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.

4Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

5Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowls.

6Place plastic wrap or wax paper on surface of hot pudding.

7Refrigerate about 1 hour.

8Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
