- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Whipping Cream

1Whisk together the sugar, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. Add cream. Transfer to freezing bowl of automatic ice cream maker and freeze until desired soft-serve consistency, about 25 minutes. Serve immediately, or place canister in freezer 1-2 hours to make hard ice cream.
