  • 2 2/3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. margarine, divided
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vanilla, divided
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together.

    Bring 1/2 cup margarine, oil and water to a boil and pour over flour mixture; beat thoroughly. Beat in eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, cinnamon, soda and buttermilk. Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
