  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. coconut

    Crush vanilla wafers in food processor.

    Beat eggs and sugar. Add all ingredients.

    Spoon into greased tube pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Cake tastes better after 2 or 3 days.
