- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh peas
- tomato sauce
- choice of vegetable
- parsley (garnish)

1Preheat pan; add olive oil (2 ounces).

2Saute veal 1 minute on each side, turn, cook for one minute and remove to side plate. Add red sauce; bring to a simmer.

4Season to taste. Add peas.

5Heat vegetables.
