- 1 lb. veal cutlets
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- pepper
- salt
- oregano
- garlic powder
- whiskey shot of wine
Directions

1Brown meat on low flame in very little oil. Do not fully cook meat. Slice green peppers 1/2 to 1 inch wide lengthwise. Add peppers and onion to meat mixture. When peppers get a little soft, throw in remaining ingredients, except the wine. Let simmer for about 1/2 hour; add the wine. If mixture gets a little dry, add water.
