- 3 to 4 lb. veal brisket with bone
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Put veal brisket in shallow baking pan; pour soup mixture over and add 3/4 cup water.

2Cover with foil.

3Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.

4Take veal out.

5Let cool 10 minutes.

6Slice thin; lay slices in juice and cook covered 1/2 hour.

7Serve with buttered noodles.
