Veal Casserole

  • 1 lb. veal steak, diced and ground
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • potato chips (sprinkled on top)

Directions

    Cut one squash in half. Scoop out seeds and strings.

    Place in baking dish, cut side down.

    Add a little water and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender. Fill cavity with dabs of butter, brown sugar and pecans.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
