- 1 lb. veal steak, diced and ground
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- potato chips (sprinkled on top)
Directions

1Cut one squash in half. Scoop out seeds and strings.

2Place in baking dish, cut side down.

3Add a little water and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender. Fill cavity with dabs of butter, brown sugar and pecans.

4Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
