  • 4 slices veal or chicken cutlets
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth or chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. white or Marsala wine
