- 1 gallon cauliflower
- 1 1/2 quarts onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 cup salt
- 5 cups sugar
- 5 cups vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons mustard seed
Directions

1Cut cauliflower into florets.

2Mix salt and vegetables.

3Put in a bowl with ice and let stand 3 hours.

4Drain well and add rest of ingredients.

5Place in a kettle.

6Heat to scalding point.

7Seal in sterilized jars.

8Makes about 8 pints.
