- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 6 veal cutlets
- flour
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet and saute green peppers and onion. Brown the veal cutlets which have been dipped in flour and sprinkled with salt and pepper.

2When brown, pour over catsup that has been mixed with the warm water.

3Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
