  • 1 lb. veal cutlets, sliced thin
  • Mazola oil
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced fine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 or 2 eggs, beaten

    Use your favorite sauce.

    Pour some in bottom of baking dish; add veal cutlets and

    pour remainder of tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and

    about 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
