- 1 lb. thin sliced veal
- flour for dredging
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. and 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- minced parsley
Directions

1Cut veal into 2-inch squares and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

2Heat the 3 tablespoons margarine in skillet; add veal and brown on both sides.

3Reduce heat to low, cover pan and cook about 20 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.

4Remove from pan and keep warm in a 200° oven.
