- 4 oz. cleaned nature veal
- flour (for dredging)
- 1/2 can peeled plum tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch basil
- chicken broth
Directions

1Heat oil in saucepan.

2Dip veal in flour; place in oil when hot.

3Saute until veal is white.

4Drain oil and add remaining ingredients.

5Bring to a boil and let simmer until sauce is thickened and serve.
