- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 frozen breaded veal patties
- 1/2 c. garlic croutons
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 can whole boiled onions, drained
- 1 can whole mushrooms, drained
- 1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato wedges
Directions

1Cook noodles according to label directions; drain.

2Spread cooked noodles in a shallow 8-cup baking dish.

3Heat butter and oil in a large skillet.

4Saute veal patties about 3 minutes on each side.

5Overlap browned patties down the center of noodles; keep warm.

6Toss onions and mushrooms in same skillet.

7Brown lightly.
