- 12 veal cutlets, cut thin
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- 1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. dry Marsala wine
- vegetable oil
- few pieces of butter
Directions

1Salt and pepper both sides of veal cutlet, then lightly flour veal.

2Take a large frying pan; add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and heat the oil on high until it's very hot.

3Cook veal cutlets quickly, 30 to 45 seconds per side.

4Add mushrooms to oil after veal is removed.

5Saute a couple of minutes.

6Remove mushrooms; drain oil.

7Add Marsala wine, then add veal and mushroom.

8Add a couple of pieces of butter on top.

9Cook a couple of minutes. Serve cutlets with mushrooms and sauce on top.
