- 1 1/4 lb. veal
- flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Marsala wine
Directions

1Veal should be cut scalloppine (thin).

2Dredge veal in flour mixed with salt and pepper.

3Pan fry garlic in oil and discard garlic.

4Saute meat until brown, 2 or 3 minutes.

5Add mushrooms, butter and wine and saute for 2 minutes longer.
