- 1 lb. veal (1/4-inch thick)
- 1/2 tsp. crushed, dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/3 c. Marsala wine
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. oil
Directions

1Over medium heat, brown veal (3 minutes per side) after you have coated it with spices.

2Remove veal from skillet.

3Add mushrooms; saute for 3 minutes.

4Mix cornstarch and broth in bowl; stir with wire whisk.

5Add this to mushrooms.

6Add wine and cook 2 to 3 minutes until thickened and bubbling.

7Pour over veal that you have kept warm.

8Serves 4.
