- flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- bread crumbs
- 1 large can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cover veal with flour; dip in eggs and cover with bread crumbs.

2Brown on both sides in oil, about 3 minutes on each side. Place in baking dish and cover all pieces with tomato sauce. Bake at 350° to 375° for 3 minutes or until sauce starts to boil. Makes 4 servings.
