- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. diet margarine
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
Directions

1Season veal with black pepper and garlic.

3Melt margarine in a Teflon frying pan; saute veal for about 5 minutes.
