  • 1 lb. stew veal
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 beef instant broth and seasoning
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 lb. fresh potatoes
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 small box frozen green beans

Directions

    Brown veal and add the onion, broth and seasoning, water, tomato sauce, thyme, rosemary and allspice.

    Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. Add the remaining ingredients.

    Cook until veggies are tender.
