- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped fine or 1/2 tsp. dried
- 1 c. flour
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
