  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 small can English peas, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • Ritz or saltine crackers, crushed

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Put in a baking dish.

    Sprinkle with the cheese, then the crushed crackers.

    Melt oleo and pour over mixture.

    Bake at 350° until brown, about 30 minutes.
