  • 2 small cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tube Town House or Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix together the first four ingredients and place in casserole dish.

    Crumble crackers and place on top.

    Melt margarine and pour over top of crackers.

    Cook at 350° until golden brown.
