- 1 1/2 cups vegan cheese, Daiya Cheddar style shreds
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup white onion, chopped small
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped small
- 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions

1In a small sauce pan add olive oil, red pepper, and white onion. Saute for about 10 minutes or until onions are transparent.

2In a small pot heat vegetable broth. Add the sour cream and cream cheese and whisk until completely melted. Next add Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds and whisk until it is completely melted. Add hot sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper, green onions, white onions and red pepper.

3Let simmer on the stove for 5 minutes to cook in the flavor while continually stirring. Serve warm.
