- 2 g coconut vinegar
- 6 g sugar
- 4 g salt
- 6 g agar-agar
Directions

1Whisk all ingredients in a sauce pan until dissolved.

2Turn on heat and increase slowly, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3Remove from heat and pour into a shallow container.

4Allow the mixture to set.

5Once set, puree in a food processor.

6Set aside for 24 hours.

7The coconut milk mixture should begin to weep from vinegar and begin to look like ricotta cheese.
