  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 24 tiny marshmallows

Directions

    Cut oranges in half making a jagged up and down edge(www). Remove pulp and membranes to make 6 orange cups.Squeeze the pulp and save 1/2 cup for orange juice.

    Combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, salt and orange juice. Mix well and fill orange shells with the potato mixture. Decorate with 4 marshmallow on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
