- 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook vegetables in boiling water just until separated. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients except butter and bread crumbs. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Melt butter and stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
