- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. green pepper
- garlic powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 lb. can tomatoes, drained
- 10 oz. pkg. corn, thawed and drained
- 2 (1 lb.) jars onions, drained
Directions

1Saute butter, green pepper and garlic powder and remove green pepper, then add flour, milk, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and sugar.

2Cook and stir until thickens, then add tomatoes, corn and onions.

3Mix all ingredients.

4Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
