- 1 lb. mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 can fried onions
Directions

1Thaw and drain vegetables.

2Mix with soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and half can of onions.

3In a 9 x 13-inch pan, bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Mix remaining cheese and onions. Sprinkle over baked vegetables and bake for another 5 minutes.
