Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 can fried onions

Directions

    Thaw and drain vegetables.

    Mix with soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and half can of onions.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Mix remaining cheese and onions. Sprinkle over baked vegetables and bake for another 5 minutes.
