- 1 (15 ounce) can Veg-All, drained
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar cheese)
- 4 teaspoons margarine, melted
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed (any kind of snack cracker will do.)
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients, except margarine and crackers.

2Put into a 2 quart casserole.

3Bake for 45 minutes, at 300F.

4Melt margarine.

5Mix crackers crumbs with margarine.

6Sprinkle over the top.

7Bake an additional 15 minutes.
