Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can Veg-All, drained
  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar cheese)
  • 4 teaspoons margarine, melted
  • 20 Ritz crackers, crushed (any kind of snack cracker will do.)

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except margarine and crackers.

    Put into a 2 quart casserole.

    Bake for 45 minutes, at 300F.

    Melt margarine.
  5. 5
    Mix crackers crumbs with margarine.

    Sprinkle over the top.

    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
