  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Drain pineapple (squeeze out with hands).

    Serve as a dip, or roll into a ball and serve with crackers.
