  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 c. broccoli, cut small
  • 2/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. cheese (your preference)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. canola oil (for frying)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except oil, until thick.
