- 2 c. (8 oz. each) crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Ranch buttermilk salad dressing
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 stalk broccoli, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Press crescent roll dough into bottom and sides of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.

4Cool.

5Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; spread on crust.

6Stir vegetables together; sprinkle over cream cheese and pat lightly.

7Sprinkle with cheese. Cut into 1 inch squares, approximately 6 dozen.
