Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. each: chopped green pepper, onion, carrots, tomato, cauliflower and broccoli
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar (use less onion)

Directions

    Press rolls onto an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet.

    Bake 6 to 7 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Mix next 4 ingredients and spread over baked rolls.

    Spread vegetables over cheese mixture.

    Cover with plastic wrap and press vegetables into cheese mixture.

    Chill, covered, 3 to 4 hours.

    Cut, serve and enjoy.
