- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 2 tubs (8 oz. each) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed on package.

2Divide batter between 2 bowls.

3Add dry lime gelatin mix to one bowl and dry lemon gelatin mix to other bowl; mix well.

4Pour into separate wax paper-lined greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.

5Bake at 350F for 28 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.

6Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans.

7Cool completely on wire racks.

8Place lime cake layer on serving plate; spread top with 1/2 tub of the whipped topping.

9Top with lemon cake layer.
-
10Frost top and side of cake with remaining whipped topping.

11Refrigerate until ready to serve.
