  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. stew beef
  • 4 cans Veg-All
  • 1 large can corn
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can water

    Trim beef and brown in skillet.
