  • 6 carrots, cut in chunks
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed
  • mushrooms (if desired)
