  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans butterflake biscuits

Directions

    Saute vegetables in margarine 3 to 5 minutes until tender.

    Add fried and crumbled bacon.

    Separate 1 can of biscuits into 3 to 4 layer sections and layer in Bundt pan (bottom and sides).

    Sprinkle cheese and vegetables and cover with more layers of biscuits.

    Do this 2 to 3 times, then put one more layer of biscuits over this mixture and fold over edges of biscuits from sides and middle. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until brown.
