- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped zucchini
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 (10 oz.) cans butterflake biscuits
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine 3 to 5 minutes until tender.

2Add fried and crumbled bacon.

3Separate 1 can of biscuits into 3 to 4 layer sections and layer in Bundt pan (bottom and sides).

4Sprinkle cheese and vegetables and cover with more layers of biscuits.

5Do this 2 to 3 times, then put one more layer of biscuits over this mixture and fold over edges of biscuits from sides and middle. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until brown.
