- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 2 sticks margarine
- 4 c. uncooked rice
- 2 heads broccoli, stemmed or 2 large pkg. frozen
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 32 oz. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in margarine.

2Cook rice according to directions.

3Mix sauteed vegetables, cooked rice, broccoli and cream of mushroom soup.

4Chop Velveeta in pieces and add to the mix.

5Cook 10 minutes at 350°.

6Stir, then continue cooking for 20 minutes.
