  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all veggies. Add, stir in, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered 6 x 10 dish. Melt butter and stir with crushed crackers. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
