- 1 can French-style cut green beans, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
Directions

1Melt oleo and add half with all other ingredients except Ritz crackers.

2Put in 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.

3Mix crumbled crackers with other half of melted oleo and put on top.

4Bake in 350° oven about 45 minutes.

5Don't cover casserole for 25 minutes, then lay a piece of foil over top.
