- 4 c. zucchini, peeled, chopped, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Directions

1Mix and put in a 2-quart casserole the zucchini, eggs, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, chopped onion and salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese.

2Melt margarine and mix with Pepperidge Farm dressing and put on top of casserole.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

4Good with broccoli or spinach.
