  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 cut and chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • salt and pepper for taste

Directions

    Mix all stuff together and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Top with one stack of Ritz crackers crumbled in a frying pan with 1/2 stick butter.

    Bake until brown.

    Will be more moist if you put a can of mushroom soup in mixture.
