- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- salt and pepper for taste

2Top with one stack of Ritz crackers crumbled in a frying pan with 1/2 stick butter.

4Will be more moist if you put a can of mushroom soup in mixture.
