  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 to 1 stick melted butter

Directions

    Drain beans and corn.

    Mix all ingredients (except crackers and melted butter).

    Pour in casserole dish.

    Crush crackers and sprinkle on top, then melted butter over crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
