- 2 16 oz. cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- herb flavored stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix together the two cans of Veg-All, onion, and water chestnuts.

2Add Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.

3Put into a greased casserole dish and top with herb stuffing mix.

4Melt margarine and pour on top.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
