  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 c. Cheez-Its cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 stick butter

    Melt butter; pour over cracker crumbs.
