- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. or can water chestnut, sliced & drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix and put into casserole. Crumble 1 stack crackers (saltine or Ritz) put over top.

2Melt 1 stick margarine and drizzle over top.

3Bake at 350° for 20 or 30 minutes.
