- 10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of cheese and tomatoes.

2Layer half of vegetable mixture and tomatoes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Cover with remaining vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Top with remaining cheese and tomato wedges; continue baking for 15 minutes.
